By signing up, signing in and using Graasp, you

• confirm that you will not misuse Graasp or help anyone else to do so
• confirm that you will not post or share any inappropriate or illicit content on Graasp
• confirm that you are solely responsible for the content you share and the opinions you express on Graasp
• accept that EPFL reserves the right to delete inappropriate or illicit content and terminate misused accounts
• accept that EPFL uses your anonymized data for scientific purposes *
• accept that EPFL cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from your use of Graasp including any loss of content and data
• accept that access to Graasp is provided “as is” without any warranty, including as to proper functioning, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property rights

Graasp is free for public schools and universities, as well as for nonprofit organisations.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the material laws of Switzerland. For any dispute the place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland.
